For employees equal or less than 50, our service fee is HK$400 per payslip (approximately US$50) (min. HK$3,000 / US$400 for the first 3 employees).

Payroll Complete is designed for you who would like to enjoy:

a) Complete solution for the whole payroll process including payroll calculations, withholding, payments, contributions to mandatory provident funds and all related tax filings; and
b) “Private Room” – our secure payroll portal for exchanging payroll information and accessing historical information

Our plan provides a Complete Solution for the whole payroll process including:

1) Obtain and update monthly payroll changes
2) Process payroll and withhold mandatory provident fund (MPF) contributions
3) Issue electronic payslips
4) Prepare and submit monthly MPF contribution report
5) Contribute withheld MPF portions to MPF trustee
6) Annual employer’s return (i.e. 56A & B)
7) Other employer’s returns (i.e. 56E,F & G)*

*HK$400 each for joiners (56 E) and and HK$480 each for leavers (56 F/G)

Private Room is our 24/7 online platform for all CoSec & Payroll clients to log in their own portal page and do the following anywhere anytime on any tablet/iPad:

(1) Submit monthly Payroll Change Report
(2) View and download draft and final Payroll Registers (current & historical)
(3) View and download employees’ monthly payslips (current & historical)
(4) Send/Receive Private Messages for ad hoc payroll run and changes subsequent to submission of Payroll Change Report

With only a monthly fee of HK$400, you can enjoy the Private Room !

Yes, we can.

Our system is directly linked to HSBC and Hang Seng and thus we could offer more competitive fees for bank payments. For banks other than HSBC and Hang Seng, there are separate lump sum fees for payments (HK$800/ month).

A separate payslip fee will be charged only on employees which are included in that ad hoc payroll run.

A separate fee will be charged based on HK$400 per 15 mins, the minimum unit (i.e. HK$1,600 per hour).
