This plan includes all services under CoSec Unlimited (click here) plus

UNLIMITED filings to the Hong Kong Companies Registry (the “HKCR”) and full access to AgendaCorp’s Library for board minutes templates for several common situations.  Unlimited filings include the following common notices regarding changes of  Directors, change of Directors’ particulars and Registered office:
(1) Notice of change of director (appointment/ cessation);
(2) Notice of change in particulars of director; and
(3) Notice of change of address of registered office;

All government fees and mailing (if any) will be charged separately.

For example, if you would like to add a new director, just inform us in your Private Room and upload the signed resolution (with reference to the template in AgendaCorp’s Library), we will prepare and file the notice to the HKCR.    No mandatory requirements will be missed.

Because we put ourselves in your shoes (size does not matter here) and thus explore win-win business model.  In order to do this, of course AgendaCorp needs to have an actuarial mind like insurance companies and to share the benefit from our economy of scale with customers.

In total, the fees are HKD2,250 per annum (approximately USD300) for the HK companies incorporated from April 2014 to March 2015, charged by the HK Inland Revenue in addition to our fee.

Private Room is our 24/7 online platform for all CoSec clients to log in their own portal page and do the following anywhere anytime on any tablet/iPad:

(1) Check the latest Company Information, Register of Directors, Register of Members and other important documents
(2) Upload/Download historical audited financial statements*
(3) Upload/Download minutes of meetings
(4) Full access to AgendaCorp’s Library (limited under CoSec Unlimited (click here))
(5) Send/Receive Private Messages for reminders, queries, requests and support

Goodbye, bulky Green Box… now with Private Room, you could do much more!

Services not mentioned in the “scope of work” above are excluded.  In other words, all non-HKCR-filing services (e.g. preparation of board resolutions and sale & purchase agreement, dealings with banks, etc.) may be subject to separate fees.

Here’s an example of out-of-scope work: After certain directors have been changed (Remarks: Related filing to the Hong Kong Companies Registry for change of directors is already included under CoSec Plus), management may need to update the bank and change authorised signatories. If the company would like AgendaCorp to deal with the banks and prepare board resolutions for change of authorised signatories, we can of course prepare the necessary documents for management but this service is out-of-scope and will be charged as a separate one-off service.

In future, we may consider to add more services to CoSec Plus subject to popularity, usage and other internal factors.

Traditionally, many CoSec firms charge per time spent (like law firms) for whatever work they do, and offer different prices to different customers depending (mostly) on whether you are Mr Harsh-Lion or Ms Kind-Sheep.

AgendaCorp believes the market is getting much more efficient.  A transparent pricing structure with options is the way to go.  Thus we have designed our pricing accordingly and offer 2 CoSec plans for both high and low volume users (no matter who you are), and inject “Unlimited” concept into our signature plan – CoSec Plus.
