Description

This plan includes our unique & secure Private Room open 24/7 online for UNLIMITED views & downloads of statutory and all fundamental requirements of corporate governance in the coming year:
(1) A stand-by professional Company Secretary
(2) Preparation and submission of HK annual return
(3) Safe custody of
– Register of Members
– Register of Directors
– Minute book & other registers
(4) Preparation of shareholder minutes to approve the annual financial statements
(5) Preparation of Board of Director Minutes to approve the annual financial statements

In total, the fees are HKD2,250 per annum (approximately USD300) for the HK companies incorporated from April 2015 to March 2016, charged by the HK Inland Revenue in addition to our fee.
