For company secretarial service, the service vendor need to file all necessary notice to the government annually whenever the company’s particulars, directors, shareholders, capital structure, and/or respective particulars have been changed.
As such, communications between Directors/ Shareholders/ HR and the Service Vendor are very important though many traditional professional firms could not catch up the pace of this IT world. Also, their service plans are rigid without options to fit different clients’ needs, and most of their pricing structures are opaque.
