Guide for form filling

1) This form is suitable for both CoSec Plus and CoSec Basic transfer-in’s

2) Gather the following for yourself, Company and existing Company Secretary before you start:

Name, Email, Phone No. (optional)
Scanned copy of Signed Authorisation letter for CoSec transfer-in (CLICK HERE to download the template#)
Scanned copy of Last Filed Annual Return (if you cannot find it, please check the box “Cannot locate last filed Annual Return” at the end of the form)
